Worth it!

After using this for about a month or so, I can definitely say that I have found it helpful in recovery and pain relief. I have used products like Rub A535 for a long time that have similar qualities, but the Recovery Balm is easier, cleaner, and more convenient to apply. I love the icy hot feeling of it! It has become part of my after-run routine and has been immensely helpful in reducing pain around my knees and on my lower back. I have found it less useful on muscle groups (in particular quads, hamstrings, muscles around the IT band, and calves, though I do believe it has played a small role in reducing soreness in my calves after running) but definitely very useful around joints in the knees and hip flexors.

I like that it doesn't smell as intense as products like Rub A535 and is really easy to apply. The convenience made it easy to add in to my routine. The price point is reasonable.

As a long distance runner i have tried a lot of products similar to this (icy hot, bio freeze etc).
