1Hr-A’s post workout Adaptogen Shampoo is formulated to strengthen your hair with proteins, and replenish hydration and elasticity with panthenol. The Amino acids in the formula work to produce moisture on the hair which adds both strength and shine.

1Hr-A’s Strengthening Protein Conditioner is filled with restorative vitamins and hydrating protein complexes to strengthen hair and reduce damage from the effects of regular exercise.

Over time, your hair will feel smooth, soft, and strong. Rhodiola rosea extract, an antioxidant and adaptogen, is a key ingredient in this product to help hydrate and protect your hair. Pea protein provides the keratin needed to combat negative effects of hair damage. Strengthen your body in the gym, and your hair in the shower.

Key Active Ingredients

  • Zinc: has anti-inflammatory effects, and is typically used to help with fighting acne, reducing rosacea, melasma, eczema, and dandruff. It is an anti-fungal ingredient.
  • Amino Acids: antioxidants that help with hydration, strengthening hair, and helping it achieve a healthy appearance. It can also protect from damage.
  • Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice: calms and relieves itchy and inflamed scalp, which means that it will also help fight dandruff. It gently cleanses the build-up of oils from your scalp and hair, leaving you with strong and smooth hair.
  • Vitamin B5: a powerhouse ingredient that strengthens hair, helps it retain moisture, and improve its texture by leaving it shiny and soft.
  • Niacinamide: helps improve your scalp’s health by soothing irritation. It also works to rebuild Keratin proteins,  which provides protection.
  • Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil: full of fatty acids and antioxidants, this ingredient moisturizes and conditions your hair, improves scalp health, and prevents styling, coloring and sun damage.

Directions

Shampoo: Completely saturate your hair with warm water. Squirt a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand. Apply it to your scalp and massage until it lathers. Rinse your hair and scalp completely.

Conditioner: Use approximately a quarter sized amount of conditioner as recommended on the bottle. Spread it evenly across the ends of your hair, then rinse with warm water.
